This policy explains what personal data TeamByte collects when you use teambyte.al, why, and your rights.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, company, phone number and billing address.
- Subscription and payment records: the plans you subscribe to, POK Pay and PayPal payment references, amounts and dates. We never receive or store your card details; payments are handled by POK Pay or PayPal.
- Messages: what you send us through the contact form or by email.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and sign-in times, used to keep the site secure.
Why we use it
- To provide the services you subscribe to and manage your account (performance of a contract).
- To take payments and keep accounting records (legal obligation).
- To reply to enquiries and support requests (legitimate interest).
- To protect our services against fraud and abuse (legitimate interest).
We do not sell your data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
- POK Pay and PayPal, to process payments.
- Hosting and email providers that run our infrastructure and send our emails, under contracts that require them to protect your data.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while you have an account. Payment records are kept for as long as Albanian tax law requires. Enquiries are kept for up to two years.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner of Albania (idp.al).
